This page explains how A-LYFE — operated by Pollux StrAd GmbH — handles your personal data when you visit this website or sign up to be notified about our launch. We collect as little as possible, and we never sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

We are the controller of the personal data processed through this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Waitlist signup. If you submit the notification form, we store the email address you provide. We use it for one purpose only: to email you when A-LYFE launches.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for a short retention period for security and to keep the site running. We do not combine these logs with the email you submit.

Cookies. This pre-launch site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Strictly necessary technical cookies may be set by our hosting provider to deliver the page.

Legal basis

We process your email on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) when you submit the form. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Retention

We keep your email until A-LYFE launches and you have received the launch notice, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Server logs are retained for the period required by our hosting provider for security purposes and are then deleted.

Sharing

We do not pass your data on to third parties without your consent, and we do not sell your data. We may use processors (for example, an email provider) that handle the data strictly on our behalf and under a data processing agreement. If we add such providers, we will update this page.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. You can withdraw any consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
